SEVAGEN  is indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis. It is also indicated for the management of hyperphosphatemia in adult patients, including those not on dialysis with serum phosphorus levels greater than 1.78 mmol/L (5.5 mg/dL), receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
