CARBO-HEALTH 450 is indicated for use as initial chemotherapy of advanced ovarian carcinoma in combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents, and for the palliative treatment of patients with recurrent ovarian carcinoma after prior chemotherapy, including those previously treated with cisplatin.
