Gentaxel 100

GENTAXEL-100 is indicated for the treatment of ovarian carcinoma in both first-line (in combination with cisplatin for advanced disease or residual disease >1 cm after initial laparotomy) and second-line settings (for metastatic disease after failure of platinum-containing therapy); for breast carcinoma in the adjuvant setting following anthracycline and cyclophosphamide therapy, as initial treatment of locally advanced or metastatic disease in combination with an anthracycline or trastuzumab (for HER-2 overexpressing tumors), or as a single agent in metastatic disease after failure of anthracycline-containing therapy; for advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma in combination with cisplatin in patients not eligible for curative surgery or radiation therapy; and for advanced AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma in patients who have failed prior liposomal anthracycline therapy.
